...last seen about 7:30 a.m. Tuesday, before leaving her boyfriend’s house in Nevada to head home to Utah.

[...]

Eureka County Undersheriff James Clark told KSL Richan had no known medical issues, and there was nothing suspicious about the case at this point.

Clark said Richan had a cell phone with her, but they’ve been unsuccessful in pinging it.

“It’s hard to say (why) with the distance that she was traveling. That’s at the very best a six-hour drive,” Clark said. “Many things can happen to a cell phone in that time.”

Hopefully, she is seen on camera somewhere, anywhere, getting gas/snacks, something to show that she did indeed leave bf's house.

They still have a lot of ground to cover.

Thanks @PommyMommy for the map and the times seen. It is interesting that if she left Eureka at 7:30 am, she would have arrived in Carlin at about 8:54 am, yet she was still in Carlin, NV 2 and 1/2 hours later. Also interesting is the fact that LE said her last activity on the phone was at 12:49 pm, over an hour after she was last seen on video in Carlin, NV. If she had started driving on I-80 right after being seen on video, she should have been between Wells, NV and Oasis, NV. I hope they are able to locate where Michelle was during her last phone activity.

I just found this new information:

Search continues for missing Brigham City mom last seen in Nevada

About 50 people have joined a private investigation agency looking on the ground and in the air for Richan.

Surveillance footage from two security cameras show Richan stopping for gas in Carlin Nevada, then leaving Eastward on I-80.

An hour or so later, RIchan is seen on surveillance video at a gas station in a town called Wells, right off of I-80 — the main road back to Utah.
BBM

So now they have video at another location--Wells, NV. They did not give the time of that video sighting, just "an hour or so later."

Interactive Map: The search for missing Utah woman, Michelle Richan

Family shares new information about missing Box Elder woman | Gephardt Daily
[...]

Daughter KV told Gephardt Daily, “She didn’t suffer from any mental illness and wasn’t on any drugs or medication. If she was physically capable she would have found a way to communicate with us.”

KV said her mom “has survival skills and carries at all times in her vehicle survival gear…. She would have fully charged her phone before she left because she was always prepared.”

The last activity on Richin’s phone was at 12:49 p.m. Tuesday, according to the Eureka County (Nev.) Sheriff’s Office.

[...]

MP, of Corner Canyon Investigations, is a friend of the family and has volunteered her services to help find Richan.

[...]

KV said the video is helpful because now they know that her mother made it to Carlin and was wearing a gray sweatshirt and blue jeans.

[...]

Richan filled her vehicle’s gas tank in Carlin, “so she could have made it into Utah,” Leslie said, but she thinks it’s more likely that her mother only got an hour or so out of Carlin.

I'm so happy she has been found! I'm glad people (family, LE) took this disappearance seriously, and got video camera evidence of where she had been. From reading the title of the linked article, I thought Nevada had a Box Elder County, but it is only in Utah:

Missing BC Woman Found alive
[...]

A state road crew worker discovered Richan with her vehicle, which had become stuck in treacherous, muddy conditions on Immigrant Trail Road, in Box Elder County south of Park Valley.

[...]

Throughout the weeklong search since she was reported missing on March 20, friends and family members had described Richan as someone who would have been well-prepared for some kind of emergency, with necessary survival gear. Ferdberder confirmed such was the case.

“She had plenty of food and water to survive. She had or was in process of building a fire to stay warm.”

[...]

Immigrant Trail Road, according to Ferdberder’s information, is a less-traveled backroad running between State Route 30 and Kelton. Road crews were preparing for post-winter grading of the road when they discovered Richan.

Palmer said a private-citizen airplane pilot who was assisting in the search saw Richan’s vehicle from his plane Tuesday and was able to alert the road crewman who then established contact.

[...]

Ferdberder said about 150 such volunteers had contributed to the search since it began, “out looking, driving roads between here and Nevada to see if they can see anything, a vehicle crashed off the roadway, anything along those lines,” in a search area he described simply as “huge.”

Another obstacle in the search were the same wet, muddy conditions of backroads that led to Richan’s disappearance in the first place.

Ferdberder said Richan did right to remain with her vehicle — as long as she was equipped with stores and gear to do so.
