Minutes ago, as a new witness was entering the courtroom, Trail blurted out:

“Bailey Boswell is innocent. I curse you all.”

Then slashed at his neck when an unidentified object. Could see some blood.

Deputies immediately overwhelmed him.

We were moved to the lobby. Gourney came in. He left by ambulance, lights and sirens blazing.

Trail repeatedly slashed at the right side of his neck. Lines of blood visible. Rocking in his wheelchair as he did it. Then got pinned to the wall/bookcase as the deputies hit him.

No news as to his condition or what he was holding.

He would have had access to a pen at the defense table. Unclear what else he could have brought into the courtroom.

And isn't the gentleman to defend the innocence of BB?

Gag.

Patch him up, send him back to court. Put crayons on the table if he can't handle a pen nearby.
