Just wanted to post this information for anyone interested as the report touches on so much that we have learned so far in this sad case.
The State of CT issued its Family Court Report on July 18, 2019 and there was a panel discussion on how the Court responds to intimate partner violence.
Not sure when this panel was originally scheduled but if the profile of the Dulos case propelled some focus by the Judicary onto the issue of DV then I think its a good thing for the State of CT.
Just rec'd this today so haven't read it through but will report back at some point with highlights. I believe this report is where the press gots the stats to support the view that the Dulos divorce case was an 'outlier' in the CT divorce annual caseload.
