IMO she will never go to trial. The dye is cast for her; the sooner she comprehends that reality, the better. I am beginning to wonder what is on the table in terms of a plea for her. A straight up plea to either one or both of the pending charges in exchange for an agreement not to file more? Or does the State have evidence of her involvement and is not willing to take other charges off the table?

I believe something is already is place or she wouldn't be talking to LE at all. LE is giving her enough rope to hang herself. Yes, her previous lies will be exploited by Pattis during trial. No, it won't matter to the jury IMO. As the case progresses, we will learn much more about this question when Pattis cross-examines MT about her "sweetheart deal" with the State.

In my opinion, though, she will never be sitting at the same table with Dulos at trial. MOO! MOO!

I really doubt that she is pregnant. But she could be drugged. She is in some serious trouble, and keeping her drugged isn’t going to help. She is going to prison, and only she can decide how long it’ll be for. I still do not believe she is in full cooperation mode...she probably knows what FD did with Jennifer, and isn’t ready to tell them. Either she’s in deeper than she wants them to know, or what they did with her is too horrible for her to admit. But, IMO, she knows and isn’t telling. Like most people here, I think that LE wants to find at least some part of her body that isn’t blood in her garage before the murder charge comes down. But they are going to bring that charge down on both of them, body or not, when they get tired of waiting for her to get smart. She’s wasting her time staying drugged and stalling-just making everybody mad by doing what she’s doing.

Jennifer Dulos’ estranged husband won’t say how attorneys are being paid

Days after opposing a review of his client’s business books, the attorney representing Fotis Dulos in the $2.5 million lawsuits filed by his mother-in-law is also objecting to supplying financial information, including the money source for his criminal defense team.

Attorney BILL Murray is contending the financial information sought by Gloria Farber’s attorney has nothing to do with the potential outcome of the lawsuits.

“The defendants object to this request on the grounds that it is not reasonably calculated to lead to the discovery of admissible evidence,” Murray said repeatedly in court papers filed Tuesday.
Murray contends the lawsuit hinges on whether the Farber family’s money was a gift to Fotis Dulos as his client has said. Murray is also objecting to providing much of the information on grounds it is covered by attorney-client privilege.

The lawsuits are slated to go to trial in December. Murray called Weinstein’s attempts to get the financial information an “extreme burden” and a form of harassment against his client and the Fore Group.

It seems like the missing piece here, to us at least, is MT alibis for morning and afternoon of 5/24. Now that FD alibis have been shattered, where was MT that morning and afternoon. If her phone was on, was it with her? If it wasn’t on, or does not coincide with any other evidence of her whereabouts, why not? LE has shown us in AW2 that they can make good use of her phone data.

There have also been contradictions in what MT told LE about her contact with FD in early afternoon of 5/24. In her first jailhouse interview on 6/2 she admitted under grilling that she didn’t see FD between 8am until between 1-2pm (MSM is still reporting the 1-2pm time point as of today). But then in her 8/13 “confessional” interview, MT states that she had a quick 15 minute lunch with FD between 12-1:30 at 4JC.
AW2 shows FD arriving at 80MS at 12:22pm. Given the Waterbury timepoint and speed (57mph) it is extremely unlikely FD stopped at 4JC first. FDs phone moves from 4JC to arrive at 80MS at 1:37pm.
Assuming JDs body was in the red truck on arrival at 80MS, that means either FD left the body and bags at 80MS and drove (could have walked, but not likely IMO) back to 4JC then returned to 80MS by 1:37.
Alternative is the lunch and FDs return to 4JC never happened, and MT brought FDs phone to 80MS at 1:37.

Question is, when did MT arrive at 80MS? Did she leave her phone at 4JC in the afternoon to mask her time at 80MS? What did she see at 80MS? It’s an empty house so it’s not like there was much for her to be doing just hanging around there. Did FD call on her later on only once he realized he had a problem with the stains in the red truck? Or did he need help from her earlier on, “cleaning the house” like EE told LE FD had said? She brought black contractor bags, did FD need more than he anticipated, or did she bring them in the beginning? Sorting out when MT arrived at 4JC will be key to her defense against accomplice to murder.

If FD murdered JD around 8-9am and he brought the body back to 80MS, by 1:37 pm into the afternoon it would be in bad shape. Even more so if it was transported in the truck bed and exposed to sun or heat. We don’t need graphic details here, but interacting with it in any way would be difficult to face if you don’t have the stomach for that kind of thing.
We know from JDs blogs (and FDs family connection to tannery business) that FD definitely not only tolerated that, but enjoyed it. What about MT? One would imagine that if she was helping clean “coffee stains” from the truck she had enough exposure to know there was blood, it’s hard to imagine that FD had everything clean and polished up except for that one “coffee stain” by the time MT arrived at 80MS, and that he’d need black contractor bags for just a few paper towels.

MTs emotionally frayed appearance in court today suggests that things are sliding downhill for her pretty badly. It will be interesting to see what LE has on her either if she eventually takes a plea deal, and/or in the next AW that we see. Given her appearance today, it seems she is reckoning with the unavoidable. She may be caught in a no-win situation here.

Yes, the choice of black is perhaps a subliminal choice knowing that she is an accomplice to a murder and dressing in angelic white is not in
her favor anymore. Is is optimistically possible that she has finally given LE the information that they need to find JD, and now they are going
to go after FD in full force, and finally arrest him for murder?! It just seems ludacrous that she would risk the ability to watch her daughter grow up. Perhaps her choice to have her dad escort her is a hint that FD is no longer her main man...she has to rely on her dad now. Hopefully, come October 10th, FD will be in jail, JD will be found and MT will be given her lesser sentence for cooperating.

If the source of NP's payments and FD's financial records were legitimate, there would be no reason to avoid producing them. I wonder why Norm indicated he would submit some documents with possible redactions and then never responded or produced them. What now - NP files yet another motion and the cycle will continue? This ride must end eventually. Sooner or later, FD's shady financial business will come to light. MOO.

I'm pretty confident that it's meticulous at this point. If he moves like Chris Watts, then he's likely a murderer too.

Ok, the fact that MT clung to daddy, and cried doesn't move me in anyway. It does pi** me off. By coming with daddy, MT is trying to pose another image for the public. One of vulnerability, and being misunderstood, and rescue me! This person MT,is an opportunistic, manipulative, lying ho. I feel that MT was involved from the planning to the execution, of JD. I will not cut her any slack at all. Her father helping her to car, worse theater ever! They really believe their own bs! Lock her *advertiser censored** up and bury the dam* key.
