*Trial continues (Day 6) (@ 1:30pm ET) - PA – Nichole Pumphrey (31), her daughter, Ameriah Emery (10) & Lawrence Cannon (31) possibly BF (Oct. 16, 2018, New Castle) – only for *Anthony Lavon “Mook” Cooper, Jr. (19/now 21) arrested (10/29/18), charged (10/19/18) & arraigned (11/13/18) with 3 counts of criminal homicide, 3 counts of criminal conspiracy, 1 count of attempted murder & 1 count of carrying firearms without a license. Plead not guilty. Bail denied.
Trial began on 6/8/20.

6/8/20 Update: Trial began – no info from 6/8 to 6/12/20.
*Steven Procopio (19/now 20) – Next pretrial motions hearing on 8/25/20 & trial starts 9/8/20.
*Jody Lynn Hammer - 4/1/19: All charges are dismissed

*Omnibus Pretrial Motions Hearing (@ 1:30pm ET) - PA – Nichole Pumphrey (31), her daughter, Ameriah Emery (10) & Lawrence Cannon (31) possibly BF (Oct. 16, 2018, New Castle) – *Steven Procopio (19/now 20) arrested & charged (10/17/18) with 3 counts of criminal homicide, 3 counts of criminal conspiracy, attempted murder & gun offense. Plead not guilty. Bail denied.
Trial was set to begin on 2/3/20 has moved to 4/6/20 has been cancelled & moved to 6/8/20, which has been rescheduled for 9/8/20.

3/29/20 Update: Omnibus pretrial hearing has been moved to 6/3. Trial on 4/6 has been cancelled, rescheduled for 6/8/20.
6/3/20 Update: Omnibus hearing on 6/3 has been rescheduled & trial that was scheduled for 6/8 has also been rescheduled. Next Omnibus pretrial motion hearing on 8/25 & trial will begin on 9/8/20.

Hey @Tippy Lynn - I don't think Cooper's trial is on 9/8 as in post #189 above - you posted trial continued to November. ?? I'm guessing the court site isn't updated yet for this.

and - the court site on 11/5 says "Omnibus Pretrial Motions hearing" not trial. Maybe Cooper's trial will be 11/5 instead.

I'll catch you in a week or so - and we shall see if the court site has changed yet.
