It's impossible for me to have sympathy for the whole lot of those associated with the murders. Hopefully, Jake will have to come clean on who knew what and when? If any are complicit in helping coverup or hindering the investigation, I can only hope the guilty party/parties end up in prison along side their murdering family members.

Has it ever been disclosed why AW only spent a year in the Air Force prior to being discharged? I can't post the article where it was mentioned she spent roughly a year in the AF, so, again, I'll go with JMO MOO

She attained the rank of Airman E-2 and was an Inventory Management Specialist stationed at Homestead Air Force Base in Florida, according to records obtained by Local 12. Does anyone know if a timeframe for the revenge conversations was ever revealed? I'm curious about GW4's comment about JW always getting them in trouble over a woman. HR, of course, is one. Who would other(s) be? JW's ex-wife?

Just wondering if the revenge conversations took place before W4 left for AK or after they returned to Ohio.

I so agree, IMO, it will not end well for Fred. It is my hope that FW gets what she deserves both on this earth and in h*ll.

Just connecting the dots on the latest SSD allude to many financial transactions between Fred and the W4. If Fred was involved financially from Billy's drug running it will not end well for her.

Drug runners get paid good money because they take all the risk in getting searched. The shear amount of drugs they are transporting would be a charge for distribution not just a standard drug charge, it's not like they caught you with a few pills in your pocket - or joint - whatever it is.

Then drug runners get paid in untraceable cash but if they want to buy something big it would look too suspicious if they paid out a large amount in $100 dollar bills.

Or if they want to get a loan for lumber or try for a fraudulent mortgage loan they need to have money in the bank and show income etc...

What to do?

What all crooks do with ill gotton gain - launder the money using privately owned companys. The owner of the company can pay you like your getting a salary and then you have "clean" money you can put in the bank.

Multiple businesses are better, spread the cash around.

So where would be the best place for Billy to do this?

I used to think her financial involvement in the murders was limited to allowing Billy and others to use her online accounts to buy supplies, electronics, etc. for spying, murdering, etc. plus helping them pay for living in Alaska. But the transactions showing up in the latest supplemental discovery seem more extensive than that.

Scheiderer said in the Bond hearing that the recordings of George - which would also record the others - were done over 2 summers. The summer of 2017 and the summer of 2018.

When Chris Graves talked to the Wagners in the summer of 2017 the conversations were recorded.

But I don't think much of that business was linked to Billy and Angela and the kids. Billy did some work for her at the FWF, but I'm not sure the others did. Not sure how they could get a subpoena for all those financial records in relation to the murders if none of the killers were involved in the church, the nursing home, the "mission", etc.

Its too early to tell what its about. This is the most complicated murder case Ive seen in a long time.

If JW died before it was time for him to testify against one of the others, what would happen?

It's very unlikely, but people in jail do commit suicide. And although it doesn't happen often, sometimes inmates kill other inmates.

If the other 3 continue to plea "not guilty" and JW wasn't there to testify against them, is there a chance one of the others could be acquitted or get a mistrial? (I know it's a stretch of the imagination, but that's how my brain works.)

Since the plea by JW is contingent on his testimony ,were he to die before the trials begin would that negate the DP off the table for his family members? And I also thought it would be GW4 or AW. Personally very intrigued to learn the course of events that fateful evening. I have my theories and learning that JW has confessed to being personally responsible for 5 of the 8 really has my head spinning.

My understanding is if Jake is not available to testify the prosecution will ask the Judge if they can used his sworn statements. Plus, BCI can testify that Jake directed them to the guns and vehicles, all used that night, and there are probably other things BCI confirmed regarding Jake's testimony.

Note that at Jake's plea hearing Canepa went over a list of things Jake had testified about, this is all on court record and transcribed.

If a prosecution witness cannot make it to trial for any number of reasons, sworn statements they made can be used in trial if allowed by the Judge.

So the bottom line is that the prosecution has all of Jake's testimony written down and most likely they have all of his testimony on recordings and video.

The discovery shows there are both video and audio interviews with the Wagners.

Yes -- it's hard to devote time to the inventory of discovery since all we see is a very non-descript list of potential pieces of evidence with no guarantee that any of it is even applicable to the case or will be admitted as evidence during the trial!

I think if the guns were hidden on her vast property (this is my guess on hiding spot of the guns) FW has some liability.
It is a gated property with access by a limited number of people.

I wonder if someone or some organization was contributing/funneling $$ to FW (in some surreptitious manner) to house/hide the fugitive.

Also the financial evidence may reveal the insurance settlements for all the FIRES.
I have the opinion that FW and Husband my have been 'connected' to some kind of organization. My opinion and theory. Not Fact.

MO. Probably discharged for some infraction. AW doesn't follow rules very well. MO I can imagine her stealing anything that was not nailed down. Sorry for my imagination if she actually had an honorable discharge. idk.

The poster I was talking to was wondering if FW might be involved with Billy's "business." The only thing I could think of was money laundering.

One reason, she has multiple businesses and I saw the many banks FW and the 4 Wagners are involved with with FW giving them $ it looks like to me.

And why are they checking the 2 computers at her house, list of things having to do with computers. Why is her name in the Discovery that's sopose to be for the 4 Wagners?
