Agree. On the face of it, this sounds like attempted bribery, right? Will be interesting to see what the details are....
I'm encouraged that they have the tampering with evidence and 1st degree murder charge - that sounds to me like they have strong physical evidence (even without a body). JMO.

My guess is that ole' BM will plead innocent to the bitter end ?

Given the size of BMs ego, I would tend to agree that a confession is unlikely. I wonder, though, if this leaves open the possibility of a decreased charge (murder 2) in exchange for recovery of SMs remains?

Interesting because I am not one bit surprised, at all. Like this is probably the least surprised I have ever been in a case wrt an arrest.
