Couldn't all this be more grounds for ineffective counsel?
And THERE it is...they will kill my baby momma and daughter
...and he used his phone to get homeThe ninja's took his keys and his phone. threatened his family and to a wait a few minutes and leave. But he didn't have his keys. The trunk was open and there was Mollie!
OMG- now they are trying to portray the cover-with-corn moment as an act of respect.

I doubt it, he is just changing his story. The client has the right to get up on the stand and tell his story. I am sure his council told him what could happen.Couldn't all this be more grounds for ineffective counsel?
Not likely. This line of defense can only be with his approval. Unless he is going to later say he never claimed these things and his attorneys just made it all up.Couldn't all this be more grounds for ineffective counsel?
How is he supposed to leave by their command if he didn't have his keys??!!The ninja's took his keys and his phone. threatened his family and to a wait a few minutes and leave. But he didn't have his keys. The trunk was open and there was Mollie!
Judge is letting her get away with asking a lot of leading questions. I would be objecting to most of those.
I don't think it was Ninjas. Sounds more like the Mexican Cartel.sounds like a rapper name....DJ Ninja
for real????
wtf
he is basically re-raping/murdering Mollie, her family, DJ, and DJs family
only a true narc gets his bold @ss on the stand and does that..same kind of person who would just take a girl like that.
And how did the two sweater clad Ninjas get out of the cornfield?
Oh what...the giant space ship came down like Close Encounters and picked them up.
they break into his home...with no vehicle...have him drive them around to a cornfield...and then teleport to Starship Enterprise?
