Thanks for this, I was confused by the Judge's earlier statements agreeing with the prosecution evidence. Then allowing him to post bail. Your answer makes sense of the contrast.@NoSI, you were not wrong -- it's extremely rare for a Murder-1 defendant to be allowed bail. This is per Co State Constitution. The only exception is if the state fails to meet the standard for PEPG. In this case, Judge said they did not meet the standard. I attribute this partially to this being a "no-body" homicide which prevents determining the cause of death, forensic evidence, etc. MOO
Do you think he has the financial resources? I halfway thought he may have committed most of his cash to his attorneys. Perhaps his Mom will post the equity in her home, like Terri Horman's parents did to pay for her very expensive defense attorney?
