This case has just stuck with me the evil Noah lived with and endured in his short life. Bolt cutters blender acid why and how could Godfrey let that happen and not say a word . Neither of them will get what they deserve jmoo
 
@kkdj - I have your name to ask for updates. Is there anything in the court site about Godfrey's sentencing date back on 10/8/21 - or was that moved & will be after Bryce's trial? No date yet on his trial, but he does have a felony settlement hearing on 1/14/22.

definition of T.R.C ? (Trial Readiness Conference)

TRC is just another pre-trial hearing where the prosecution, defense and often judge as well discuss possible settlement as well as any issues, such as discovery or pretrial motions, which need to be addressed and resolved before trial.

Oh I get so mad when I click on this thread and this murderer still hasn't been to trial. It's been 3+ years what is the the problem here??

And the fact that bio Mom has been out on her own recognizance until she's sentenced in October really sends me over the edge too.

Where is the justice for poor Noah??! :(
