NO, Amber---'Pledges' and 'donations' are not the same thing.

A pledge is a promise. A donation is a promise kept. So far she has not followed through on her promises. Even though she likes to publicly claim she did so.

Funny, AH actually seems to think everyone just uses replacement words like she does. Like 'pledge' means to actually donate. Because when you buy a house... or some weird parallel that didn't make any sense at all.

Yes, and AH also uses "fight" when she means "argument" and "Bruise" when she means "flushed," too.

This may be in the weeds, but any earnings made by AH in years in which those large donations were made would've essentially been tax free. She did benefit from the divorce settlement. She is obviously very aware of the tax ramifications. It also would've been impossible for JD to settle/donate $14M immediately in one large lump sum.
JMO.

It was demonstrated today that AH only wants to protect herself... not JD (nor any other human being). Also demonstrated was the fact AH will lie to protect herself, she will lie for adoration/good publicity, she will lie to defame others. The only thing AH has mountains of is... lies.

Camille is calling her on her use of the term "donation" when in fact she simply made an uncollectible "pledge" of funds. She thinks the jury doesn't know the difference.

We've all watched a telethon (HUGE EYEROLL)

AH getting argumentative and I am living for it. Camille is getting her to show her true colors. AH does not like to be confronted with her deceits.
Exactly on the AH attitude.

All I see is Amber turn to the jury with major eye rolls & down turned mouth.
She must have a imaginary friendy on the jury, lol.
