It doesn’t add up with what we were told in the beginning. That the surviving room Mates slept through it (clearly at least one of them didn’t) and that the next day at 12pm they received a 911 call reporting a unconscious person.

Why wouldn’t she ring the police? I don’t understand it at all. Wouldn’t she call kaylee or maddie to tell them she’s just seen a random stranger in a mask in their house? What is going on

Per DM’s interview, I think it’s likely that both X and K were awake?? Unsure about M or E. I’m also surprised that this affidavit doesn’t touch on how this all started, Aka the 911 call.

I think DM likely would’ve been in shock or so terrified she just shut down—I feel so bad for her. It is curious though.

I've read numerous prior PCA's and evidentiary statements with far less physical/other evidence and the suspect has been convicted. If even a portion of what I'm reading in this PCA is true and accurate, they have this guy nailed. Enjoy prison BK - you can't start to rot there soon enough.

This is why the police say it was targeted then because D and B weren't killed. He literally walks right by D, if he was just killing he'd have killed her he went there with a purpose of killing someone in that house and from the PCA I suspect its X and M. Jmo

A FBI surveillance team was tracking Bryan Kohberger and his father on their cross-country road trip and directed Indiana police to pull the two over.

A Federal Bureau of Investigation surveillance team tracked Idaho quadruple murder suspect Bryan Kohberger and his father on a cross-country road trip from Washington State to Pennsylvania and asked Indiana police to pull him over, a law enforcement source told Fox News.

The law enforcement source told Fox News that the FBI surveillance team was seeking video images of Kohberger as well as his hands.

Bryan Kohberger and his father were pulled over twice in Indiana on Dec. 15 while making the cross-country trip.

The law enforcement source said that investigators were still building their case on Dec. 15 to make an arrest, but added that genealogy played a major role.

Affidavit: Ofc Smith and Sgt. Blaker entered the residence on the bottom floor and went up to the second floor. Just before Xana's room, he saw her body on the floor. She was deceased with wounds which appeared to be have been caused by an edged weapon. #BryanKohberger #Idaho4

Affidavit: Also in the room was a male, later identified as Ethan Chapin. Chapin was also deceased w/wounds "sharp-force injuries". #BryanKohberger #Idaho4

Affidavit: Then went to 3rd floor. In one bedroom was the dog. In the other bedroom there were two females in the single bed. Both Goncalves and Mogen were deceased with visible stab wounds. #Idaho4 #BryanKohberger

Affidavit: (KNIFE SHEATH) I also noticed what appeared to be a tan leather knife sheath laying on the bed next to Mogen's right side. The sheath was later processed and "Ka-Bar" "USMC" and the United States Marine Corps eagle glob and anchor insignia stamped on the outside of it.

Affidavit: The State Lab later located a single source of male DNA left on the button snap of the knife sheath. #BryanKohberger

Affidavit: Based on interviews - evening of Nov. 12, 2022 Chapin and Kernodle are seen by B.F. (roommate) at the Sigma Chi house from 9pm to 1:45 am. Approx 1:45am Chapin and Kernodle returned to the King Road residence. #Idaho4 #BryanKohberger

Affidavit: Goncalves and Mogen were at a local bar, the Corner Club between 10pm and 1:30am. Approx 1:30 am they are seen at a food truck. D.M. and B.F. (roommates) stated occupants of the home were home by 2am and asleep or in their rooms by 4am. #BryanKohberger #Idaho4

Affidavit: Kernodle received a DoorDash order at the residence at approx. 4am. D.M. stated she orig went to sleep in her bedroom on the 2nd floor, she was awoken at 4am....she thought Goncalves was playing with her dog...

Affidavit: A short time later, D.M. said she heard who she thought was Goncalves say something to the effect of "there's someone here." D.M. then thought she heard crying, she heard a male voice say something like "it's ok, I"m going to help you." #Idaho4

Affidavit: at approx. 4:17am security camera at a residence northwest of the home picked up a distorted audio of what sounded like voices or a whimper followed by a loud thud. A dog can also be heard barking numerous times at 4:17am. Cam is less than 50 ft from Kernodle's room

Affidavit: D.M. stated she opened her door a third time after she heard crying and saw a figure clad in black clothing and a mask that covered the person's mouth and nose walking towards her. She described h im as 5' 10" or taller, male, not very muscular... #BryanKohberger

Affidavit: D.M. (roommate) stated the masked male walked past her! She stood "frozen shock phase". The male walked towards the back sliding glass door. D.M. locked herself in her room. Investigators believe the murderer left the scene.

Affidavit: The combination of D.M.'s statement to law enforcement, reviews of forensic downloads of records from B.F. and D.M.'s phone and video of suspect as described below leads investigators to believe the homicides occurred between 4am and 4:25am.

Affidavit: During the processing of the crime scene, investigators found a latent shoe print. Shoe print with diamond typed sole pattern similar to a Vans shoe. Shoe print found just outside D.M. door consistent with her story that the masked man walked right past her

Affidavit: Review of numerous, collected, surveillance videos surrounding the area indicated that a white sedan was observed traveling at 3:26am, then westbound on Highway 95 in Moscow approx. 3:28am.

Affidavit: Review of multiple videos obtained showed multiple sightings of the suspect vehicle starting at 3:29 and ending at 4:20am.

Affidavit: These sightings showed suspect vehicle makes an initial three passes by the 1122 King Rd. home and then leave. Suspect vehicle can then be seen entering the area a fourth time approx. 4:04am.

Affidavit: Suspect vehicle is seen departing the area of the residence approx. 4:20am at a high rate of speed.

Affidavit: Officers provided video footage of vehicle to forensic examiners and FBI, after review the forensic examiner initially believed the vehicle was a 2011-2013 Hyundai Elantra, upon further review said it could also be 2011-2016.

Affidavit: Investigators were given access to video footage on the WSU campus in Pullman, WA. A review of that video indicated that at approx. 2:44am on Nov. 13, a white sedan was observed on WSU surv. cameras. At approx. 2:53am was traveling toward Moscow.

Affidavit: Approx. 5:25am the a white sedan consistent with the suspect vehicle was observed on five cameras in Pullman, WA and WSU Campus cameras.

Affidavit: On Nov. 25, MPD asked area law enforcement agencies to be on the lookout for a white Hyundai Elantra. On Nov. 29 at approx. 12:28am, WSU police ofc. Daniel Tiengo located a white Elantra with PA license plate LFZ-8649 registered to Bryan Kohberger.

A male walks between those two people mentioned previously,(blue coat/bald head), he's dressed in black/blue jacket with a hood that is back, black pants, and hands in pockets. Walks past a female in an orange jacket and on across the field. Just curious, thought the fella looked very familiar.

I am just baffled at what wait until 11am. Especially after they saw the killer leave the resident.

Maybe her cellphone was not in the room she locked herself in. Maybe charging somewhere else. So she sat in there panicked.
