She filed an order of protection against him, and he against her at the same time in Sept 2021. Both cases were closed in Oct 2021.
She then filed an order of protection against her FIL in Dec 2021, and the file was closed at the end of Dec 2021.

UINCY, Ill. (KHQA) — Funeral services have been set for Rebecca Bliefnick, of Quincy, who was a victim of homicide.

Visitation for Bliefnick, 41, will be held on Thursday, March 2, 2023, from 4-8 p.m. at Duker & Haugh Funeral Home at 823 Broadway St. in Quincy.

A funeral mass is set for Friday, March 3, 2023, at 10 a.m. at St. Peter Church.

Interment will take place at Calvary Cemetery.

STBX home raided:

Illinois mom found dead of multiple gunshot wounds

Officers today swooped on a home on Hampshire Street, just a mile away from Rebecca's home on Kentucky Road.

Bliefnick was stopped by officers outside of his home, and taken to a relatives property following the conversation with officers, according to Muddy River News.

Quincy Police confirmed that they raided the property, and a person was 'temporarily detained' but was subsequently released.

They stressed that no arrests have been made in connection with her murder, and they have not submitted an arrest warrant.

Rebecca's estranged husband does not own the property which has been raided, and it is unclear who was detained by police.
