Can you believe this woman? Can you? I have been dumbfounded by her behavior throughout this entire case. At first I had so much compassion, and then sympathy, followed by feeling bad but still incredulous, to outright disdain.

Caylee deserves to come home and have a proper burial. I am just sickened.:furious::furious:

And she's a NURSE, educated in science! There is no reasonable explanation for her ignorance, in my eyes!

Many have lost a child, many have lost a child at the hands of another Family member. I have NEVER seen this! The Woman is kooky. imo

This Child deserves BETTER! There should be a Gaurdian ad litem appointed!

Yes, young lawyerling, you accurately predict an exciting trial with the parrying back and forth between prosecution and defense. However, speaking with several decades of experience, when all is said and done and the evidence is given to 12 reasonable jurors, they would convict on at least a manslaughter charge -- without knowing the specific blow-by-blow cause of death -- because the concept that Caylee died suddenly of a tragic heart attack and Casey's only involvement was to panick and hide the body -- is a pie in the sky defense theory only trying to raise reasonable doubt where it does not exist. Coming up with any implausible alternative theory is not what "beyond a reasonable doubt" is all about. The good judge will give the jury its instructions and all the pantomimes by defense will not "create" a reasonable doubt out of whole cloth -- and neither will Casey and the imaginary Zanny the Nanny.

I'm not predicting any trial. I merely speak in possibilities. If you had read the majority of my posts, you would know that I am of the overwhelming opinion that Casey likely gets convicted for being criminally responsible for Caylee's death, without any forensics at all.

I am offended that you would presume to know who I am outside of these boards, to suggest as much in a snarky way, and to then imply that I should defer to you in all matters, all this after misconstruing my posts out of context. I never said that a jury would buy the heart attack theory. It was a metaphor to merely illustrate that there is no proof of death yet.

This you tuber has lots of videos all nicely placed together of all the shows concerning the Casey Anthony case. Padilla's been here over 10 days, so he is on lots of the shows and gives detail about the bond etc.

If I am not mistaken, this bond of $500,200.00 is basically paper, like an insurance policy. However, BH Padilla pays Tony $50,000.00 to get this secured insurance, of which, to BH Padilla paid in full for the insurance. BH Padilla has stated numerous times, it's like car insurance, you pay for it and if you don't use it, you don't get your money back.

Tony as bondsman (like a automobile insurance company) was paid $50,000.00 to get the insurance and BH Padilla is out $50,000.00.

My question is what is Estes(sp?) role/responsibility/liability in all of this..I've been confused on that part. I understand why he was involved but that's about it.

You may have to disable a popup blocker or something. What you're doing is just what I did but I got a box asking me to authorize running without security something or another.

Sadly, juries sometimes misunderstand the "reasonable doubt" standard and there's always a chance of one bozo who looks at an obscure fact and decides it's "reasonable doubt", holds out on a NG verdict and ruins a case.

Hocus Pocus? Does she think that LE is going to pull Caylee out of a hat? I am just as outraged and as you at Cindy's continued absurdity.

I have really tried to give her the benefit of the doubt, b/c I have no idea how on earth they (Cindy, George & Lee) are surviving right now, but perhaps they should just keep their mouths shut at this point.

He was involved because his license is in Florida and Padilla's was not .... so they used him to do the actual posting

That touched me so much, thanks for sharing that. My little girl is 6 and even though she can be such a drama queen- I think this makes me want to spend some extra quality time with her now!
