It's hard for me to believe that Flo totally made up everything and that Tommy said nothing to her.

Especially since the attorney DID NOT hear the tape of that telephone call. He's only going by what Tommy told him? :waitasec:

I think most attorneys would be "comfortable" representing Jack The Ripper as long as there was something in it for them.

My opinion only

I was thinking there's that word again, comfortable. LE is comfortable with Misty and Ron's polys. LE is comfortable with Ron's work alibi. It means nothing in the terms of guilt or innocence.

OMG I actually like a defense attorney. He seems like he has a heart. Says it's hard to relate to these people (Croslin clan) because their emotional i.q. is different than most peoples.
