These are the totals from all orders so far per Tricia's request for someone to add up all totals.
2-10 Piece Chicken wings

10-Pizzas

20-Sandwiches

2-Cinnamon Sticks

1-Apple Pizza


Someone should re-check totals so far for Saturday

Ok for Saturday. I went to Biggs and arranged for food at 11:30 Sat. delivered to Civic Center.

10 Large Pizzas with misc. toppings.

Just guessing that we may have Sat. covered now. At the CC Center they said that the searchers in Snyder are going to eat there at the Am. Legion Hall with food provided there. No one seems to really know how many will need to be fed.

OK I am so confused. I think this is correct now.

So, it looks like Saturday is OK if you cut up the sandwiches in to 1/4. If we do this then we have 80 sandwiches for Saturday and 10 pizzas.

PERFECT. SHUT DOWN ORDERING FOR SATURDAY.

NOW IT IS SUNDAY ONLY. SUNDAY ONLY. ​

Sunday we have:

10 Pizzas - Chi-Mama
8 Sandwiches -= 32 sandwiches - Chi-Mama
4 Bread Sticks - Chi-Mama

Just a little bit more for Sunday too.

Large Pizzas (1 topping) are $6.99 for Websleuths

Cheese Breadsticks with marinara $4.00

Sandwiches are 5 dollars and can be cut and wrapped into fourths.

Apple Pizza 5.99
Cinna-Sticks 2.99

No, I don't think we do know what's still needed. Last time Tricia started with a set goal - the number of sandwiches and pizzas, etc., to shoot for and so we could kind of tell what was still needed.

That's the problem SoSueMe is it is too hard to predict.
80 individually wrapped sandwiches and 10 Pizzas sounds good for Saturday IMO. I can't imagine we would need more than that.

All we need now is for Sunday.

If anyone has any suggestions let me know.

I don't know Tricia. 80 sandwiches is a lot, but they are quartered. I know I can eat 1/2 a subway with no problem. LOL If they have over 60 searchers, I'd say we may need more. Of course those pizzas go a long way too.
