Please be warned, this case is very similar to Ethan and Dominick.
The boyfriend who's on the run... and the mother who watched her baby boy die.
For the record... I verified that this is in fact the mugshot from shortly after she was arrested for watching her baby boy die.

Jorge Zamora spent his last moments struggling for breath inside a Maryvale home.
His mother, Wendy Pagasa beside him, listening to him gasp for air.
Police say she didn't call 911 for three hours -- until his heart stopped beating.
--------------------------------
Police say Pagasa's live-in boyfriend, Garcia, beat little Jorge to death.
Right now, Garcia is on the run and police are trying hard to find him.
----------------------------------
Police arrested Pagasa, saying she failed to protect her son.

"He killed a child with his bare hands," Crump said. "We're going to find him.
And anybody who gets in the way of that is going to go to jail as well."
-------------------------------------
According to court records, Garcia lifted Jorge Zamora-Rogel up by his throat Friday and slammed his head into a bedroom wall.
When Rogel-Pagasa begged Garcia to stop, records say, he whipped her with an electrical cord, then continued to beat the child's head against the floor.
---------------------------------------
The child's father came to her home Saturday morning, Chavez said. He told her that he had been trying to get custody of Jorge but hadn't been able to find the boy and his mother.

After the attack, Garcia left the home for about one-and-a-half hours and
Rogel-Pagasa watched as her bleeding, unconscious son convulsed on the floor.
She tried unsuccessfully to revive him, but did not call for help, according to police.
When Garcia returned, he tried to rouse the child by hitting him more, lifting him up by his ankle, bending his fingers back, and slapping him in the face.

Rogel-Pagas also tried to wake the boy up -- which still didn't work -- and she told police she cleaned the "bloody froth" coming out of his mouth several times.
Rogel-Pagas told police her son's arms were spasming uncontrollably, and his erratic breathing was making a "rattling sound" -- which she recognized from "one of her dogs which died shortly after making this noise."
---------------------------------------------
...the "violent assault on her son causing severe swelling to [his] head, obvious bruising, bloody froth coming from his mouth, labored breathing with rattling sounds, unconsciousness, and non-responsiveness to pain stimuli for over three hours..." lease:
---------------------------------------------
Rogel-Pagas' bond was set at $36,000 on the felony child-abuse charge, and police are still looking for Garcia, the suspect in the boy's murder.

"We're going to track him down -- it's just a matter of when," Phoenix Sergeant Trent Crump tells New Times. "We're not going away."
-----------------------------------------------------
Police would also like to issue a warning for anyone who might help Garcia avoid the cops.
"Anyone who helps this suspect avoid apprehension in away, they're going to jail with him," Crump says.
