re: facetime.. I don't have an iphone so I'm not up with all its capabilities, but I'm thinking perhaps facetime was one of the methods GBC & TM & etc & etc kept in contact undetected from the wife (does it show up on bills, anyone know??), so perhaps he stupidly thought it would be undetected from police too.
Re: find my phone app... I'm assuming if the phone is switched off it can't be located by the app. can anyone elaborate on what it takes to do a search for a phone using this app, is it quick and easy - no pc required? seems strange he would do this 15-20mins after waking up, and also make mention of it in an SMS. perhaps he tried the app to be certain her ph wasn't pinging before contacting police and only made mention of it in the sms to cover himself (i have no doubt whatsoever he knew the exact location and status of her phone anyways!!).
re: luminol pics. can the captiva boot carpet be removed easily? i don't own a captiva, but in my car the carpet in the boot is held down by a clip because the spare tyre is underneath it. could the carpet have been removed whilst the transportation occured? it seems clean as a whistle while there's marks all over the latches and arches. i totally agree that the wheel arches look like a good resting place for a wet dripping rag.... to me, it reaks of a 'man' cleaning job - sorry guys . IMO: marks on rear drivers door suggests signs of the first attempt to load the car - realising there wasn't enough space the seats were then lowered, leaving marks on the latches - and the wheel arches show evidence of wet cleaning rags placed on them.
re: blonde hair stuck to blood. tests are apparently still ongoing in regards to this hair. i know after I've been to the hairdressers I have tiny hair cuttings falling off me until I've had a shower. perhaps the blond hair was a left over from her trim - which would not have the bands of a deceased person. can anyone elaborate on what happens to the bands in the hair to indicate it was from a deceased person, how long does it take for the bands to change/show up?
