I had the same thought. It has gone too far, too long. Too many inconsistencies to get caught up in. She cannot just answer a question because there is no "memory." It seems like a rehearsed script that has to be said in order or she will mess up. When her attorney gets frustrated, she also gets frustrated because she is running the script and can't do the short answers.

I swear, I think deep down Jodi wants everyone to know exactly what she did; I think she wants people to know that she intended to hurt Travis as much as possible and ruin his salvation by having sex immediately before killing him. Okay, as brutal and horrible as Travis's murder was, this carp of a defense is worse, IMO. The lies, the slander, the degradation of a young man who did nothing wrong except hook up with this lunatic... so help me, if she gets anything less than first degree murder, I don't know what I'll do. I would never presume she is lying about any of this. I don't know Travis personally. No one here does. Nor does anyone know what went on with these 2. I don't put him on a pedestal - and I'm perplexed why every single word she says "isn't true" or how anyone knows that it isn't.

What Travis was doing in the privacy of his own bedroom, was NOT illegal. That assumes what the lying JA says is actually true. Morally reprehensible, sure. Against the tenants of his church and faith, yes. Illegal, as in calling the police, no. He wasn't viewing child *advertiser censored* and he wasn't acting out this behavior in front of or with any child.

I'm not defending this kind of behavior (again, assuming any of it is true which I doubt), I'm just pointing out that based on what JA described she saw, there was nothing illegal going on. Had she called the police, they wouldn't have done anything if they didn't find pictures of naked children in his possession. It would have ended right then and there with no arrest and no indictment.

You're right. I was thinking about having the pictures of children, but that would not be illegal unless they were pornographic. Got ya. Thanks.

There is only one other "person" on this earth that I have these feelings for, and that would be one Ms. Casey Anthony. They are like diabolical, evil twin souls. JA disgusts me through and through.
