I suspect they would be able to separate out firefighter and first responder floor prints. They might even be able to distinguish gender. I'm not sure how much of the fire reached "that" room, so hopefully, the crime scene was fairly intact.
They could at least tell if there were other perps...
As gruesome as it sounds, we know blood was found under DW's shoe, which means he must have left a print on floor. If there were others, the police would know right away, and how many by matching shoe prints.
From what I can surmise, her decision to get her dog was a last minute one.
Anyone privy to that information would have been there at that time, which would have been shortly before she and Walker left.
Did anyone leave before them or possibly follow them, going in a side entrance to the garage...
We are told three cars left the garage after she entered. We are also told the footage is too grainy to really distinguish anything notable.
If we can see a small shoulder strap on CM, why wouldnt we be able to see if someone was in a passenger seat or NOT!
I caught that, too, about 1:12 into the interview with the sheriff. The reporter was asking if there was something bigger about this since it was so unusual to have such an enormous response to an abduction.
The sheriff indicated he didn't know, but that they were basically covering all bases...
If she was being led off by the arm and the brother was watching, thinking it was her boyfriend, I doubt there was a scream at that time. The perp could have caught her off guard and stunned her (the blood) somehow with no time to scream.
It is possible she screamed when he attempted to...
"...investigators continue to receive leads from the public, officials said on Wednesday.
'We have lots of positive leads,' says John Mehr, Tennessee Bureau of Investigation special agent. 'That's the key. We ask people to continue giving us information. We hope we will have...
I knew that, but the comment about searches is still viable, I would assume. I guess they feel the large areas of interest so far have already been searched.
That's interesting, grandmaj. I guess a person could go from the abduction scene on back roads (114 & 20) to Jackson, or go through Parsons and up 69 & 641 to I40 and double back (to throw people off, especially tossing bits of evidence).
Thinking about the photos of the carport again.
1. The parents left first, leaving Holly's and Clint's cars there
2. The car in the external structure is white (maybe Clint's?)
3. Did Dad usually park back with Clint?
If so, Holly would have been coming out of the carport in the rear of the...
Didn't the Examiner article say Nickell lived at 1815 Liberty Church Rd.? That is just off US 641.
