I should hope that RZ's "journal" or diary will now also return to the family, since it was kept on the phone. I wonder why Bremner has to find out if the family can release publicly what they might come into by the return of RZ's belongings? I suppose if real evidence is unturned, LE would need...
What are the odds that LE finally turns over the phone, compromised and made virtually useless by LE's examination of it. That's not even to mention the original, unconscionable compromise of the phone's evidentiary import by dawdling and allowing the crucial message to get erased by the ATT...
If the conspiracy theorists turn out to be right, I guess SD LE might be brought up on even more serious charges once the facts of the "investigation" were to come out: incompetence or worse. The stakes are pretty large here, careers would be on the line, so expect Sheriff Gore & Co. to fight it...
I've got a question, if anybody knows the answer: How large is the Medical Examiner's office? How many employees? On their website I can't seem to find any names or details:

In a different document search I see a man named Glenn Wagner listed as...
JS could have requested she be covered up, I would think, and insist that LE enter before the warrants were completed (was it at his behest that warrants were insisted on in the first place?). Although, under the scenario that he wanted to humiliate her as part of a sadistic blame/revenge or...
Well, Jonah told them he was at RMDH, so - according to the logic that Jonah telling them what was in the final voice mail was sufficiently evidentiary - I guess that also is "beyond a shadow of a doubt. The only thing "ironclad" about this case is LE's determination not to re-open this thing.
The were a plethora of factual miscues and shadings in that article. Then when you look in the comments it ends up the author's tied into Team Shacknai at least indirectly. Those new details like the early morning activity.....where'd they come from? I'll give you two hints: J and S. The article...
Le Seems in JS's hip pocket if anybody's. When Gore stated in his dismissive and patronizing manner that it was "unfortunate" that the Zahau's wouldn't accept LE's summary verdict in the case, one knew where this guy was coming from.
No word that I can recall on anything that might have been gleaned from the computers. Taking them into custody though has prevented anyone else from seeing what's within them. Do they just stay locked away forever on some dusty shelf somewhere? Maybe LE mistakenly erased them like it's alleged...
Incidentally, (celeb forensic pathologist) Michael Baden came out soon after the presser and called the investigation a top rate job. Of course that was taking the presented facts at face value; a lot of water under the bridge and many more facts which had been at first concealed by LE since...
I would think something hard and somewhat of long, right-angled proportions such as a scooter, being pulled over a railing, would leave some marks or chips on the banister. So it would have had to clear the banister without once touching if there were no marks.
It's just plain weird imo how LE seems to have bent over backwards to avoid even having to consider the Shacknai clan as anything more than (truthful) witnesses. They were never called - nor treated, so far as I can tell - as either "persons of interest" or potential suspects. It has to be a...
