That's a pretty fast walk compared to average. An average per km walk would be about 5km per hour. Per personal experience and random google search for averages. :)

That would be a 3:00 minute km, which is basically a sprint. If she was jogging about a 10 minute mile, which is ambitious for a long run but very doable for a seasoned runner, she would be done her 10 km in about an hour. If she was walking it, it would be closer to 3 hours to do 10km.

I think what matters more about the water is not if or if not she took any with her but what would her normal habits be in regards to taking water when she was going for a run. We all have our own preferences but my hinky meter starts going off when it was something out of her norm.
