If LE had Edwards dna it would be in CODIS. If it were in CODIS , wouldn't they have identified him when the dna was found on JonBenet?

As usual Dave, you are right. There was one thing said during this trial that really bothered me. It was when Jeff Ashton said: Why would anyone want to make an accident look like a murder? I knew exactly why someone would. This was the first time I really began to worry about the verdict!

The worst thing for me is that I cannot shake the vengeful feelings that I have for this woman. I know that God and karma will get her but I just do not want to wait on them. I know this only hurts me and doesnt affect her at all.

The only problem with that Eileen is that Boulder will need a DA with some cajones. Unless Jeff Ashton moves there when he retires, it will never happen. :(

Well guys, after witnessing the world's most ignorant jury verdict today, I have to say that I understand why nobody in Boulder wanted to take the Ramseys to trial. It would have been devastating to watch them go free because of an ignorant jury.

Does anyone really believe that CODIS didnt check Mitchell and Barzees dna against that found on JonBenet? Sorry but there are so many holes in this theory which make it very implausible for me.

I would love to have seen PR grilled on whether or not she was molested as a child. I firmly believe she would have broken into a million pieces and the truth about JonBenet would have come to light!

I think this person was trying to stay true to the actual story and since Patsy never mentioned (in the 911 call) that they weren't supposed to call LE, he/she had to play it that way.

It made good use of the evidence even though he did not address the dna other than to acknowledge it. I wonder if any IDIs have ever laid their scenario out in such a detailed fashion?

From what I understand JB can't ask AL to talk about the "secret" because the SA didn't. JB can probably bring it up when the defense brings their case, but now they are limited to cross examination. Clear as mud, right?
