Do we know this as fact? Except for the EX Bf stating this, i don't remember anyone else collaborating. So much floating around that is second hand. I know family is stating a totally different type of relationship between them... grandma's 2 peas in a pod statement. I just don't 100% feel...
Ok, so on Carnival, the bathrooms are small. When sharing, i'll shower and put on a robe to go do my makeup out at the bigger 'makeup mirror' in the cabin. These were 2 boys she lived at home with. I'm sure they've seen her in pajama's, leggings, bathing suits etc. I don't ever double lock...
timing wise, I'm thinking he walked in on her changing for bed after she was out and about for the evening, after seeing her grandmother and being in the casino, and that's when he (Possibly from drinking if he was supplied alcohol) tried something with her and got aggressive, a fight ensued...
They would have taken statements before they disembarked. They were most likely held at the terminal for investigators. They probably also had the room secured with live guard before they got back to the port. They are not stupid on the ships and know they need to watch their accountability...
Florida also has an online program for middle and high school that MANY kids take advantage of. My daughter did credits that way to get ahead so she could graduate early. I forget what its called but its thru the school district itself, same classes at the brick and mortar buildings.
They are not all living in a trailer. They have multiple properties and businesses in titusville. And if grandparents cruise alot and gamble, they probably have free cabin offers.
Just a side note to the question on how they are living/small house/trailer. They own multiple properties in Titusville, the largest a 4/3 house. Not sure how much can post as sleuthing family however its all in public records who/where/what/when
Not so much anymore... except VERY last minute deals or casino comps. It used to be MUCH better for FL residents than it is now. Covid changed alot of that.
On the ship it wouldn't have concerned me at all. I cruise with many families and the kids (i am speaking teens though) will do sleepovers etc WITH PERMISSION. Heck, i travel with multiple friends i've met ON cruises and share cabins. Do i really know them like i do family or neighbors...
Considering he hadn't seen them for what, 2 years? 18 months? Why was there no custody court date before the emergency one? Did he try, or did he not really care? The family dynamics probably played a part on both sides, but the kids don't seem to be a priority to any of the parents. Until...
I'm 100% Parents are idiots, but this wasn't an 'emergency' situation for the younger daughter. The judge actually got this one right. 16 yr old is not in the same city, is not around family so there is no real safety emergency. The issue is Dad did NOT file and custody issue BEFORE this...
Agreed. The ID process of getting on AND getting off cruise ships is tight. Photos are attached and rung up multiple times. The only way i see it being 'easy' is if someone is taken after they are in a port or on an excursion etc. Now back 20 years ago, different story.
