It's interesting, because he implies that he makes a lot of money and there are rules about how much people in Congress are allowed to earn over and above their salary from the government - 15%, if I'm reading this right...

If they plan to sue (I would imagine there will be a class action suit), they should refuse to accept the reimbursement from UA.

The airline did not "involuntary deny boarding" to this passenger. They allowed him to board. It is irrelevant that they were still boarding the plane.

I just don't give a damn about his past (as it relates to this case). This is assault and battery. And it's BS.
