Australia - Mass shooting at Bondi Beach Hanukkah Celebration - 14 Dec 2025

Marg I’m so pleased you were able to go to Bondi, even though I’m a kiwi, I met my husband there, and have such lovely memories of Bondi 50 years ago, lived in Bondi Road.

There used to be a lot of Jewish people living in Bondi, when I lived there 50 years ago, we all lived in peace. What a sad day.

I’ve totally changed my mind from my initial wandering off hope. Firmly in the foul play camp now

Would people normally take working dogs, eg if they were going shopping in Yunta?

I felt very sorry for Shannon Murray in the video of them putting goods in the car, she looked so nervous and distraught https://www.dailymail.co.uk/video/news/video-3548757/Video-Grandmothers-Gus-seen-vanish-toddler.html

My best guess is #4 followed closely by #1. #6 is possible If it was #2 I think he would have been found by now. #3 and # 5 I find unlikely. The reason number #4 seems more likely is that I read somewhere he may hide from strangers, if it was a stranger he heard looking for him, he may have...

I really hope they find him, wish they had drained the dam earlier. It probably is the most logical place he could be. Does anyone know how large the dam is, and how long it would take to drain it.

It’s annoying me now that Gus’s family seemed reluctant to accept much help or even want a photo of him out there. Not a single close family member has made an appeal. Why is it all so secret?

What I don”t understand when watching videos of the soldiers searching is how they appear to walk past all the scrub and bushes and never appear to stop and look under them , some of the scrub looks like there could easily be a body under it. I expected to see them looking under everything.
