How do teens learn to shoot assault weapons? Maybe it's easy... I have no idea. I guess there are many "teaching" videos to watch :(

Lots of evolving information. Shooter was shot by LEO within 14 minutes of call. Good job LEO. Fast work probably saved a lot of lives.
