Spotify adds songs to playlists on its own to playlists on free accounts as a (unpopular) feature. The titles were automatically removed when people reported them.

This is because people reported the playlist, I tested it with some folks on Twitter last night. Spotify just automatically removes the title and picture when a playlist is reported.

That's a very good question, I took another look to see if I'd notice if anything was missing. And YES a few songs have been removed because I remember the previous run time was 29 minutes and now it is 19 minutes. ETA: I didn't take a screenshot so could be wrong! Totally going off memory...
