I don't for a minute believe LE doesn't consider *dad* a suspect.

Has this been legally been declared a homicide by LE? We know Hailey didn't go there on her own, but may be why there have been no arrest. You can't arrest until there has been a murder declared. Right?

Clint was a druggie before Hailey went missing, and in and out of jail (perhaps his daughter's whole life). Why would we bash him now for what he has always been? He isn't a suspect. <shrug>

I think she meant the proximity of the remains to home eliminated the 'human trafficking' she was concerned about. <shrug>

Hailey's grandmother, Connie.. is this the same one who Hailey told she was afraid of Shawn and Connie mentioned to no one... the conversation?

Of course we know Hailey was murdered, but I don't think LE has declared her death murder as yet...have they? Officially I mean.

He could have traveled with 15 of 'em, had he desired, in checked baggage. No one inspects the cargo hold.

Perhaps SA will be quietly arrested and led away in handcuffs if he shows up.

Whatever decisions are made for Hailey's memorial and funeral service is up to her family. That includes Billie and Clint. We have no right to bash their choices. Although 'we' may love this child it is up to her parents.

Well, I have forgotten more than I ever knew about this case for sure, but I pray LE is right. Hailey needs justice if this is her remains. That's all I want. No matter who, or how many of them, are guilty of what happened.

You may be right For The Kids. There would have had to be irrefutable proof, found with the remains, to show who did what to her before an arrest of anyone. I doubt there is that much to be found unless she was shot, stabbed or bludgeoned.

Nor does the family if they have already been informed, carbuff.

Couple quick questions, please, before I delve into the links up-thread. Do they know the exact location the purse was found? The dog lead them back to the spot? TIA Going read..
