The obituaries I referred to upthread mention a family member in Philadelphia. The name of that family member is associated with an address at the Gypsy Lane condos where the car was found and where police say Keon King has family.

Based on some online digging, there's apparently a Keon King born in May 2024 who used to live in a house 3 blocks from where Kada Scott's home is. Also living at that same house at that time were -- given their ages and shared last name -- a couple who I assume are that Keon King's parents...

According to at least one online people search site, a Keon King born in May 2004 lived at 1225 E. Durham Street from 2017 through early 2024. That's 3 blocks from where Kada Scott's home is.

Unlike Chestnut Hill, that's a sketchy area.
