    I believe this to be correct. The incident number includes the date they were reported missing, not necessarily the date they went missing.

    Tuesday 7th will be the date it was reported. Someone phoned the police to report them missing and a 'log' was created. That log would have the date and a random number, in this case 0735. If members of the public phone in with information they quote the 0735 number so the call taker can quickly...
