I don't know if she was ever checked or not, but I can see on Barbara's NamUs page that she has DNA complete and entered. Grace Doe also has DNA complete and entered, so although I don't know if they were compared, I'd guess they aren't a match.

Although the cases probably aren't connected, Marc Allen, 13, disappeared 6 days later from Des Moines, Iowa which is 2 hours away. He has never been found.
