Hmm. I grew up in the town next to Teaneck and never heard of this one. The story from Teaneck from the 1970's was the still unsolved murders of the members of the Diggs family, which gave everyone the chills.

not at all. if a missing person had a surgical scar that was absent from the UID then it's an exclusion. Similarly if a MP had a butterfly tattoo on her back and no others and the UID had a rose tattoo only then it's an exclusion. A MP with no tattoos and a UID with one or more tattoos is...

I don't know about Gypsies. It seems to be an inflammatory word to me. Grifters might be a better term as there is nothing about that term that has any racial or ethnic connotations to it.
