I doubt any politician would issue a 'slow walk' instruction. Word would get out, as it usually does, and the politician would be finished. More likely they say nothing, and keep the TPS budget tight.
Politically it would be wiser for an elected official to provide the resources and publicity...
I have always found KW an interesting character, especially his insistence that the deaths were Murder/Suicide. Could he have been the perpetrator? Yes, but I doubt it.
JS in my opinion wants to keep a low profile wants only his charity activities to be public. Pointing fingers only would...
In my defense, this line triggered my victim shaming response.
"Not people who had every advantage in life but made enemies and couldn't be bothered with basic home security".
The fact that the Sherman's have their own thread here on Websleuths, and there has been worldwide media coverage...
Anybody have connections with TPS? Are they going to do a Press Conference and update the public on this case?
It will be the 8th anniversary of the deaths of the Sherman's.
Okay you think it is weird assume that inheritance was a motive. All the children did benefit. However that does not mean one was more 'wanting of the inheritance now, for business reasons'
What do you believe was the motive?
MOO
"Honey convinced Barry to stop giving huge sums to their two younger daughters."
How do we know this? Did the daughters ask for money and were they refused?
We know JS asked for money to fund his business activities, and Barry supported him financially.
I would really be surprised to learn...
Now I am not aware of Barry being constrained by Honey in any financial matter in the past. It seems she accepted how he spent the money. As well I believe Barry did not deny Honey anything she desired. So I do not see how anybody could see getting rid of Honey would loosen Barry's purse...
I have not seen the trust documents, but I believe the trustees have some discretion on how the trust is managed and to whom the monies are distributed. If the trust documents are very specific and the trustees have no discretion, there would be not be a struggle between the trustees for...
"Jonathon Sherman explained his reasons as being “grounded in alleged breach of trust, breach of fiduciary duty and failure to act in the best interests of the beneficiaries.”
Typical legal babel.
JS is aiming for control of this trust and how its funds are distributed. I am not sure who the...
The three men had known each other and worked together for years as trustees.
The Shechtman family lawsuit was settled about a year ago. Some people believe that Jonathon is not a big supporter of Honey's side of the family (the Shechtman's) so he may not been happy with the settlement. Could...
Norman Jewison was born in July 1926. In 2020 Norman would have been 94 years old.
In 2010, at the age of 84 he married Lynne St. David.
His children launched a lawsuit against Lynne after his death.

Great points. Yes I agree that something was going on, a reason, that required both Barry and Honey to be home together that evening. Did either Barry or Honey, make an off-hand remark to someone, such as 'John Doe is coming over tonight' or we are meeting with Fred Jones tonight'? A remark like...
Even the perp(s) were afraid..........of being caught.
Almost 8 years later we still do not know why the Sherman's were murdered.
If we ask what changed and who benefited as a result of the Sherman's deaths, maybe we can develop some insight into the 'why' of the murders.
To stop Sherman's...
