I want Emily and Jonathan to do some research on exactly what kind of person falls asleep when being interviewed in a criminal investigation.

Maybe our VI’s can answer this. Has it ever been verified that JH was trying to contact EG during the time period her phone was off (the night Lucas went missing)? Did she often turn off the phone? If not I think that’s a pretty significant piece of info. Not to mention to me it would suggest she was part of “disposing” of him (hate to use that word) unless she was driving to someone else’s house....

The cleanup is what makes it so obvious. If your child is missing, who takes the time to get rid of pot and drug paraphernalia? Someone who has something to hide that's who! Oh! And she did all that within 15 minutes of noticing him missing and calling police? Give me a break!

But do we know she cleaned it up then? She admits to smoking it on Friday. Calls him in missing on Saturday. She very well could have had someone pick it up for safekeeping before anything even happened to him because she planned on needing to report him missing later.

So I guess JH's is now meant to give a donation to Marshburn's foundation and not to pay a fee to him?

I think kkdj is saying the same thing, the cleanup happened well before the phone call to 911 or even when she supposedly noticed him missing, whether it was before or after something happened to Lucas is hard to say

Do they make a mistake in here at the bottom just before the timeline it says neighbour stopped by on the 17th and spoke to Lucas ? I think they might mean 16th ?

My guess is she finished off what she had on hand and ditched the empty bag and pipe somehwere along the way. I don't think it would be with Lucas, but I'm sure she tossed it out on a quiet, dark road someplace along the way to wherever she took him for the last time.

I don’t have the link but there was a tweet that someone posted during trial along the lines of prosecutors saying that EG had an entire day to get rid of evidence as she didn’t call police until the following day - it seems they are letting the cat out of the bag there as to when they also believe Lucas became missing.
If I’m the only one who is just now noticing this - just ignore me lol

I don't think that's what they were implying. The prosecutor was referring to driving with MH. She didn't call police until a full day later, about Lucas. So she had a full day to clean up anything related to drug use and driving MH.

Maybe JH's grandma heard EG's family was hiring a PI and wanted to beat them to the punch so there wasn't someone messing things up. I know if I were in LH's family situation and I heard EG's family's plans, I wouldn't trust anyone they hired. Maybe that's why it's happening now. OR, maybe they didn't think about a PI before, and with all the recent talk about one, they just recently started researching.

Good catch. I’m 99.9999% sure that’s a typo. There are so many wrong numerical dates surrounding this case and in the reporting it’s infuriating.
