Welp, the human remains in Aguilar Colorado, found Sunday, were of a 23 year old. Just announced

This world is seriously jacked, let alone three or four remains were found this past year near Aguilar CO

I’m sorry I can’t say if she did or didn’t participate in any. I did not mean to imply that was a given just could be why she’d be at a hotel. My daughter is in seventh grade and we travel states away for events multiple times a year.
Oh no your post was fine. You're right about the travel. I just asked because this has been brought up so many times, but no one has ever confirmed she had competions. I think just about every little girl takes dancing and have recitals. But competing is a whole different thing. Just not confirmed Jayme did that.

Okay, time for a more general question. As a disclaimer, I'm not intending to start any trouble, because... you know... that would be very unlike me.

Are we all just chasing our tails with stairs, ATVs, patio doors, wells, trailer hitches, casinos, etc.?

How many of you really have other things on your mind that you feel unable or willing to discuss here? I'm not looking for any specifics or theories. I'm just looking for a general idea of how many have a 51% or better idea of what really happened, or if you feel as clueless as Fitzgerald pretends to be?

My thinking is way off limits. I don't feel clueless but I do feel like I'm probably wrong.

My nieces are older now but even at age 10 they had their big special suitcases for the dance competitions they went to. It depends on the dance studio as to how intense it is
That's true. My grands had their recitals, but no competions. Bet that was fun for them!

That is a good question to help get us back on track. (Been following along without commenting for a bit here.)

I'll say 2 things:

1. I'm really starting to lean toward a targeted attack by someone who wasn't known to the family. It's possible, if not likely, that the perp observed the family for some time previously. And I wouldn't even rule out that it was someone who had a minimal amount of contact with them -- so and so who they saw at Walmart or something like that. (Note: Walmart was just an example, not based on any facts.)

2. I think Fitzgerald is a pretty genuine guy. I only focus on what he actually says in interviews. I don't pay much attention to the news articles. My take is that he is struggling with the case because there just isn't much to go on. No good clues. No obvious family issues. It's just a case with very little evidence. It's relatively high profile so he keeps getting asked questions, but he either can't answer in order to hold back evidence or is answering with his general sense of what happened without being 100% sure. I know that some aren't fans of his style or think that he's saying nothing, but I usually get something out of it every time he speaks. I'm looking forward to what he has to say next week. I think he will reveal more of the known evidence to help keep attention on the case.

Those are just my opinions.

I grew up in rural wi, and most homes had wells, and it was a pipe, not something you could fall in like baby Jessica. We did have a lot of those fake wells though, looks like the ones with a bucket but instead had flowers inside.
MY home has a well, I quite know what they look like. :) I'm not talking about modern, occupied homes. But out in the country there can be old abandoned homesteads that have fallen down and an old well or cistern can still exist.

The photo lists Teresa Guzman... who is that... sorry if it’s not relevant.. don’t know why it says that.. if she’s related or that’s just errant name listed ?
That's the way the photo showed up. Maybe I should have edited it to blur that name, but it was a straight copy/paste from a public photo on social media.

Um, where has it been stated that Jim went on wild gambling sprees?
My apologies. I was being sarcastic because people insist to try to tie the 911 call log of the casino to Jim gambling and having loan sharks after him or something.
Today I kind of just hit a wall with this case. I mean it's been almost 3 months and still nothing. Not to be rude to anyone who has come on late but it is just like groundhog day sometimes. The same questions over and over.

I get it. It is impossible to go back and read 32 threads and for the most part we are all cordial to each other but just once in a while, when we are beating the same dead horse, all I can say is it got to me today and again I apologize. I'm sure I'll wake up tomorrow with a much better attitude.

There are two photographs that I am pretty sure show different angles of the kitchen area of the Closs home that can be found. The reason I am fairly confident they are the Closs home are in one there is a kitchen chair that looks pretty similar to the one removed. In one photo, I believe there is a door that MAY be a basement doorway. If so, this may help figure this out. One photograph is the one of Jayme with her dad and she is in a veil. The second one she is in a summer patterned dress, sleeveless, with a bra strap or swimsuit strap showing. It is my belief both of these pictures are of the Closs kitchen and they are two completely different views which should assist with at least a portion of the house. I saw the miracles someone was able to do enhancing the chair photos, maybe someone can do the same with these. BOTH pictures show the same flooring as well although they were taken at different times I should add, so if one is the pic of the Closs kitchen, the other likely is as well.
This one? Pretty useless background.

The other issue I have with the witness saying that is she said she thought the shots were because of someone shooting a bear. WTH?

I live rural and we have plenty of shots going off near me but most everyone knows it is illegal to be hunting and shooting after dark

It's legal to hunt coyote, fox, raccoon and "unprotected species" (including skunk & porcupines) at night in Wisconsin. And I don't think she thought someone was hunting a bear, but just scaring off a bear or a raccoon that was in someone's garbage. I wouldn't think a thing of it. I'm in Wisconsin.

I don't blame you. When someone starts out with "I haven't read anything before but how about this" I usually stop reading.
