Did anyone catch Maline questioning (or trying to) Dugal about John Pugsley?
No I didn’t but Pugsley was a yachtsman. Dan also owned a boat.

Just Reading old articles and is this true does anybody know?
I don’t remember reading that before on here. I am just wondering where Patrick got that information from?!
This is a key piece of Dugal testimony because he said it did not belong to the any of the detectives or specialists
Someone was using it to illuminate surfaces
The implication will be that someone cleaning up a crime scene used it to look for blood, then forgot it.
IMO it is a huge red flag that light.
IIRC, Chase’s lie detector test was inconclusive. Maybe inconclusive means passed to Patrick.
I wonder if it was taken and kept as evidence? I wonder if it was tested later, after the bodies were found?
I wonder why they didn't ask McGyver if it was something he saw when he was there that week. He spent quite a bit of time there that week, there are a few questions I wish they would have asked... about the light... about the bleach (?) spot by the door. Which actually reminds me... didn't they have pizza one night when he was there? those spots on the table... could they be pizza sauce? kids are messy.. I would say JMO but I have kids... I know they are lol
I completely agree, and the reason why... From reviewing his call logs he was constantly calling vendors, family, etc. This activity stops completely around 1, and summer is texting and calling him around around 4/5 and he's still not home yet...he ignores the calls but then checks the voicemail which makes no senseI always felt that Joey's phone tracked back to Fallbrook the day of the lunch, because it was in chases truck heading back to Fallbrook.
I'm still refreshing myself on the details so I apologize if I have anything wrong

How do you know that? is it in the documents somewhere? Passing or inconclusive or even failing... do we have that from LE? I know that CM said he thinks he passed in a video somewhere, but I don't think he even "knew", just assumed because he said he never heard from them after that.
Hopefully we will find out because Joey's cell phone called Chase's cell phone at 5.48 pm for over 2 minutes. That means they should have a location for Chase's phone before it went off the grid.I completely agree, and the reason why... I hope they will also be able to tell whether Joey's and Summer's cell phones were pinging off the same tower. Would there be more than one tower in Fallbrook?
Chase called his girlfriend at 9.32 pm from Mira Loma. Strange that because I'm sure he said they were home watching a film together. As I think this was planned who is to say Chase didn’t leave his phone behind with somebody like his girlfriend and that was call was to say switch off the phone?
It’s highly suspicious that summer called him twice and he didn’t ring her back. Joey also re listened to a voice mail that he had already listened to earlier in the day if I am remembering correctly. Something doesn’t add up IMO

Unlikely the GF imo. She tried to call him 5 times that night. As I think this was planned who is to say Chase didn’t leave his phone behind with somebody like his girlfriend and that was call was to say switch off the phone?

Thank you oceanblueeyes.Good morning Tortoise and everyone!
Wow! I never knew that Tortoise.
That sure seems to destroy his alibi that he was home with her watching a movie. He made a point he was so engrossed in the movie he didnt answer the phone when Joey was supposedly the one who had called him...right?
It sure seems to destroy his alibi about what he was doing.
As more information becomes known the less I worry about this very guilty man (imo) being convicted for his horrific crimes.
Btw I want you to thank you for all of your hardwork in providing us with the state's OS.
Imo their OS really was quite good and by reading it line by line I got a much clearer view of everything they said. When watching it I realized I had missed pertinent parts when I first watch it.
Again thank you so much for doing this for all of us. I know everyone appreciates it as much as I do.
Imo
CM's GF, but I don't think they were all answered?I've entertained this. There is a problem with that, Merritt's phone was pinging Rancho Cucamonga while Joseph's was pinging in Temecula or near Fallbrook. Merritt had to been there to answer his phone unless someone else was answering. It's possible but not plausible imo.
