What a heart wrenching article. His love for his son William is heartbreaking under the circumstances.
BBM.
I hadn’t really considered that, SA. God forbid he, or anyone else, took matters into their own hands. What a tragedy for them and William’s siblings if they did.
Can’t see which part you’ve BBMCould you please explain what you mean?
I think if it was that easy we’d see a hell of a lot more of it going on everywhere and none of us that own a mobile phone are safe. I recently lost my father and tried to access his phone but without a password it’s Fort Knox , hours spent with apple trying. I don’t buy it’s that easy.Except their mission succeeded.
And you don't have to have intelligent agent service levels to install a hacking virus on a mobile phone. Just one click will do it. Even a simpleton mind could do it.

Just a tad, one of many colourful theories we’ve heardSounds a bit too Maxwell Smart for this case.
KISS ... keep it simple Sam.
This is an abduction of a gorgeous little boy, not the kidnapping of the PM of Australia. imo
But each theory to its own. I personally cant buy into something so complex over a 3 year old boy who was not heir to a fortune or anything like that.
BBM - So if the FCer's had this high grade security it probably wouldn't be possible?
I ask this as MFC worked in IT at the time (IT Co specialising in RE), and you would think that they would have this protection.
Link please. How can you state here that as fact to be ptivvy to Mfc messagesMessages posted to MFC from a male friend show MFC was not security conscious prior to the abduction.
I actually hate this case. All I can hope is that the police are courageous in this investigation and do not bend/ cooperate with bigger vested interests. I can't link and I can't elaborate so I'll just have to put this comment down to - IMO
Hey Froggy - have you ever considered a career in 'script writing' ?LOL, I can try, Say the PM of England allowed her chauffer to borrow the Rolls for a country jaunt, and as he was listening to the radio and sipping his tea, whilst driving and having a lovely time, he was somewhat distracted and didn't notice a woman in the road and knocked her over. At the scene, the woman's family wanted answers and he couldn't really give any because he was in shock. The PM decided to make sure that the chauffer was legally represented by her best men, regularly took an interest in the investigation by calling the Minister for Justice, made sure he the chauffer had top PR and informed fleet street that if the victim's family started making waves to dig up as much dirt on them as possible and keep throwing it, until nobody can really remember anymore what the facts of the crash was and everyone span on the spot chasing their tales and if they ever thought about looking at the chauffer again, they knew a law suit or similar would be thrown at them. The chauffer became the president of the motor vehichle association.... I don't know, it's the best I can do. MOO
So let me get this straight. Your theory about William’s disappearance consists of at least two people, with intelligence services-level phone hacking and surveillance skills, physically installing secret listening software not only on FM’s but also FF’s phones, following them to Kendall, laying in wait for the FF’s car (that they could identify through FB photos posted prior) to leave FGM’s, tracking FF’s phone by GPS, and listening in to the FM’s phone for the right time to grab William, to keep him as their own or for the dark web? Sounds like the plot of a Mission: Impossible movie.
reading about some of the apps available you only need a persons ph number, send them a photo or link to open and once they do its installed in their phoneI think if it was that easy we’d see a hell of a lot more of it going on everywhere and none of us that own a mobile phone are safe. I guess this is one of the reasons why people are warned repeatedly never to open a link from an unknown source? jmo.reading about some of the apps available you only need a persons ph number, send them a photo or link to open and once they do its installed in their phone

* Jubelin will be called as a witness at the inquest
* He will be questioned by counsel for various poi's. Some keen to cross examine him about his methods.
* He will be questioned about his intense focus on one time poi BS, ahead of other possible leads.
* All historical charges laid against BS have been dismissed or dropped and he is considering taking action for malicious prosecution.
* The ffc has never been considered suspects. Nor has the mfc who told police he was absent from the house at the time of the disappearance.
* Jubelin focused his attention on local man PS. Both PS and BS have denied any involvement.
* Tension between detectives on the case reached boiling point when 2 officers had a physical confrontation about where resources were going.
* It is understood he is accused of recording a conversation with PS without a warrant.

This is truly heartbreaking.
I’d have thought there’d be someone, in amongst the various departments involved, that would have appointed some actual support and assisted supports to access legal guidance to the BD & BM.
Via a support worker, or the lady who fought to have their names released?
If absolutely no supports were offered this is a disgrace.
I heard every bit of BD’s trauma and pain in this article. I hope he has healthy emotional support surrounding him.

The post was in reply to another poster. Please see their post for context.Could you please explain what you mean?
IMO that article is a bit over the top. GJ would have to be called as a witness anyway, and it would be natural for other legal reps to question him.
