Moorer was transferred from Lee Correctional Institution on Monday. The reason for his transfer is listed as “to court.”

The Horry County Sheriff’s Office said that he was brought to JRLDC from Lee Correctional Institution in Bishopville at the request of the South Carolina Department of Corrections.

Would they be allowed to discuss motions behind closed doors? I wouldn't think so, but what do I know? Hoping we learn more soon. Where is Heather? Hopefully the rapping lawyer's circus sideshow was enough to finally push Sid over the edge.

I do not like the sound of this considering Judge Dennis' past handshake with ole' Sid and allowing a defense attorney's buddy on the first jury! Seriously, wtf?

This is very strange to me. What is the reason he is incarcerated? Why does it say without charges? It is also NOT a new mugshot. I know its wishful thinking, but I hope he is talking. Maybe incarcerated for his protection? Or is it a violation of parole?

Oh my gosh, is it foolish to hope a plea deal is in the works? Maybe knowledge that the disney princess won't see the light of day for 20 years is enough to make Sid want to talk!!

Since Tammy's conviction and imprisonment I've really been hoping that SM would realize that the evidence was overwhelming in convicting Tammy and that it is inevitable that he will also be convicted for the very same crime so that he would decide to turn against Tammy and make a deal prior to his trial in September. Please let this be it.

Since Tammy's conviction and imprisonment I've really been hoping that SM would realize that the evidence was overwhelming in convicting Tammy and that it is inevitable that he will also be convicted for the very same crime so that he would decide to turn against Tammy and make a deal prior to his trial in September. Please let this be it.

Especially since he did not see the trial to see how much Tammy threw her own self under the bus by testifying.....he may think he has her exact same chances of being convicted (when I actually/personally don't think he does since she really was her own downfall).

Aww, poor Sid looks troubled and unhappy, IMO.

Good. I hope he never has a moment's peace.

He needs to spill everything, clear his conscience, admit his guilt, and serve his time. It won't bring HE back, but would give her family some sort of closure and some justice would be served. (I'd rather other measures be taken, but am trying to stay out of trouble ).

Do they really have to bring him down to Horry County to discuss a plea deal? It seems that could have been offered to him in prison.

I am not trying to be a downer. I just don't want to get my hopes up to high and then be disappointed. I really hope he is there to negotiate a plea.
