Oh dear! Thanks, I edited my post to add "if" she bought one! I was making an assumption due to what boyfriend said and just logic as to her appearance to others. Thanks for pointing it out within my 60 minutes to edit so no unfounded confusion starting due to my lack of clarity and meaning.

Well, I certainly would not be surprised if we learn she had one. It is interesting she supposed.y kept her stomach covered with a pillow (per previous links) during Heidis delivery. Was she possibly nervous being around med staff?
I know we will never know but wth was she going to do had she not been able to get baby M? So much could have went wrong with her plan. SC missing work, Tammy staying longer, HB going to LA or a friend coming to stay with her.

Sometimes when a case breaks, I go back to the very first post to see when the story broke. I just went back, and the first post here was on the 13th. What was remarkable, was the second post done for this case.

It was posted as the second post with 45 likes by @Barnabas, a member since 2011, and said "I hope it's not another case of someone needing a newborn for a fake pregnancy."

Thanks @PommyMommy! This Thread was reiterating so much that I wasn't watching it and I just happened to Peek in just now.

I put it on the WS breaking news thread ***BREAKING NEWS!*** NO DISCUSSION (as I assume many followers here subscribe to that thread) so other people that were only coming back for when the time frame for the expiration of the seal happened know of this news.

Interesting that some of the questions we have been asking so much, are already answered.

I fell down a Reddit rabbit hole reading about this case right after MF was arrested, and users were posting stories about their friends, or classmates, or coworkers who once lied about being pregnant. It was downright shocking and appalling to see how frequently women (apparently) lie about being pregnant. Most of them were women trying to hold on to a failing relationship or women hoping to trap an ex into giving the relationship another shot. One user said that someone she knew bought a real positive pregnancy test on eBay... like somebody who was legitimately pregnant sold their positive pregnancy test to the highest bidder (apparently it's a thing!) Then another girl who's ex lived in England (when they dated, they alternated their travel to see each other every month), stole her best friend's pregnancy test from a keepsake box and mailed it to her ex claiming she was pregnant in an attempt to trap him. He caught her in the lie a day before he was planning to quit his job so he could move to the states for a nonexistent child!!

People are crazy!!!

I believe M.W. stated she was some 70+ percent sure MF was the female passenger in the front seat. So, if MF wasn't driving, I can see that this is somewhat "complicated" as the DA told MF's attorneys. I think by releasing the AA, LE have put the driver "on notice." It would also appear MF hasn't revealed who the driver is?

Of course, this is just MOO and depends heavily on whether or not M.W.'s statement is completely accurate. Not saying she's lying, just maybe misremembering. But it IS a big deal if MF was not the driver.

If my thinking is off, don't hesitate to let me know.

She could have ended the charade at any time simply by having a fake miscarriage. But apparently she wanted a place to live rent-free. And now she has gotten one.

It left more questions than answers, the entire affidavit.
The why of it is missing and her endless internet searches for Heidi.. what was that about??
Are we talking vengeance, obsession, love, infatuation, malice or sadism here?
She could far more easily have stolen a baby from a maternity hospital....

I was going to post this same question/issue. Thanks for bringing it up. It's huge, IMO!

So, if MF wasn't driving - WHO WAS driving?

Other questions:

• Who helped MF put Heidi's body in the duffel bag (if there was any help needed)?

• If MF stayed at the apartment (and Shane had given her a key) and been at the hospital when the baby was born, why didn't he recognize the car? It leads me to believe it was an entirely different car, not the same car parked at MF's house, and possibly not MF's car - can anyone confirm/ correct me here?

• Why did Heidi leave her purse/wallet and baby carrier in her car, and leave it unlocked, before getting into MF's car?

• And so many more questions...
