Cyber Crimes Unit and the Criminal intelligence Unit...wow, can't wait for these charges to come out against FW.

I respectfully disagree but that’s why we have this site—to voice our opinions.Interesting point. That searches were very close to Rita's plea deal. There were only 5 business days between the new searches and the cancelling of Rita's trial. Coincidence? Remember, her plea deal obligates her to cooperate with prosecutors.
HUMMM.......
November 4th through Friday November 8th, 2019 = Search at Flying W Farms
November 18, 2019 = Rita Newcomb Jury Trial scheduled for this day is cancelled.
December 2nd, 2019 = Rita entered her guilty plea/plea deal and must cooperate with prosecutors, who in turn will recommend a low end sentence.
MG, can you elaborate more on your opinion, please? Thank you so much!

I think we looked at that before, after the arrests, but there was no tangible information to connect it to the Rhoden murders' defendant AW.
We couldn't show the plaintiff is AW of this case, and what parentage is under question?
Is the defendant father to her child, or is the plaintiff alleging he's her father? In any case, he didn't appear to be served.

She was discharged after serving only one year in the military
... and there were other times in her life she was caught for theft. jmo/moo

The way CRsr's autopsy report (IIRC) stated he had so much physical damage from nine GSWs, as well as possible recent surgery, his body could have decomposed faster due to bacterial invasion, plus more rapid cellular breakdown from bruising/trauma from fighting for his life against the attacker(s).

As I’ve said before when this was brought up earlier, I do not believe the search was in any way a result of RN spilling the beans. The search took place 2 wks BEFORE the fireworks with her pretrial in Nov. If she had cooperated and it let to the FWF search then there would not have been the drama when FG decided at the last minute to threaten with his witnesses which culminated in the power struggle over RN’s trial of 12/2. I believe something was found out in the jailhouse tapes (mentioned at the end of Aug) and this is what sparked the search. I think the reason the search lasted several days was because they obtained valuable information of where evidence may be hidden but not enough details to find it quickly. I seriously doubt RN could share enough info on the FWF because it is too vast, she has not had any reason to be all over the property and she has been taking care of her mother for years.

Yes, suggest you make sure any site you're linking is authentic. Also keep in mind that Governor DeWine has stated they believe all the killers involved in the Rhoden/Gilley massacre have been arrested. That means the victims, the 4 Wagners and the grandmothers. Since charges against FW have been dropped for now, I'd ask mods before discussing any of her social media. Just a suggestion.

Question for you Sleuthers, Did all the victims except Hannah Gilley have open casket funeral?
The answer to that question will tell all us that it had to be a 22. caliber, gun is what killed the Rhodens, but Gary’s farther made a comment in his interview with the news reports that Gary was shot with a bigger caliber gun than what killed Big Chris so there was two shooters at Big Chris’s mobile home, I can’t see how Big Chris was killed first and none of the other Rhodens/Gilley heard him fighting back with the killers, the man was shot 9 times he had defense wounds on his arm, did Big Chris fight back or was he tortured, I might be wrong but I can’t see the killers taking their time on killing any of the victims slow because the killers had to kill 8 people in 3 different locations, plant and alter evidence to make it look like someone else did the murders in all 3 locations also the killers had to gather all the trail cams and surveillance cameras up to get rid of, and after all that the killers had to deal with their guns, clothes, get away car and wash any DNA off them that might have got on them during the murders.
With all this that had to be done that night of the murders they really had to be more than 2 shooters that night because there was only a 5 hour window the killers to do all of what happened in an 8 mile area, JMO
