Symptoms of schizophrenia include:

hallucinations – hearing or seeing things that do not exist outside of the mind
Eguardo?

delusions – unusual beliefs not based on reality
Maybe Eguardo was real? (in her mind)

muddled thoughts based on hallucinations or delusions
Think about the google searches and her messy attempt to murder and clean up, I.e. why bring Gannon home to murder him as per the AA, when she could have done so during the trip out on Monday.

losing interest in everyday activities

not caring about your personal hygiene
Blatant lack of hair washing - ok this one is just a cheap shot but I couldn’t help myself ;)

wanting to avoid people, including friends

I’m just clutching at straws, but I genuinely think there’s some sort of severe mental disorder here and not just NPD.

IMO she knew Eguardo was not real. According to the arrest affidavit, she changed the name after looking up the most wanted list. That tells me it was a lie she told and had to adjust when not believed.

Not to put too fine a point on it, and I'm no professional, but IMHO she is just a straight up socio/psychopath. They can operate and function in relationships and manipulate people into believing they are "normal." I would be personally be hard-pressed to think she had schizophrenia or some other mental illness like it without being detected by those around her as being "off." UNLESS it was a result of a hidden drug problem. MOO

I was SO far behind on the Gannon threads and then I finally got caught up yesterday.

I came back last night and BOOM! Wow, what a mess she is making for herself.

Side note, earlier (this week?) in this very thread, someone speculated that LS might have *wanted* to be in the psych wing of jail because she might think an escape attempt from there might be easier.
I think we really need to start laying down bets on her shenanigans!

Could a broomstick really break a jailhouse window? Then so could a shoe. I would think LE would have that all figured out and that they can't be broken that easily. I sure hope so.
In jail you don't usually have "real" shoes. It's usually the rubber slide on sandals, in whatever color matches your particular facilities color codes (orange, yellow, black, etc).

Would it be?

The more I read and think about TS, the more I think she is just manipulative and full of jealousy and hate. She wants to be the hero and can't take anyone else receiving praise. We can try to put a name on it, but bottom line is she is just evil. Look at how often she portrayed herself as the hero. IMO she let jealousy feed her hatred of anyone who got attention. Can you imagine how she would take LH getting sympathy from everyone, including the husband she stole?

Would it be?

Well, that all depends on a lot of things. The inmate, the facility, the employees at said facility, etc - but in general, no. If anything, I would think it would make it more difficult because when you are in the hospital unit, you are more locked down with less freedom than general population inmates and are more closely monitored. That's just my experience, though, like I said - things can vary wildly from facility to facility.

Obviously TS is not planning on staying locked up so I'm not seeing a confession anytime soon. (Not that I ever thought she would confess) She hasn't come to terms with the consequences of what she's done. I think they need to keep a very very close watch on her because she's wild!

I wonder what the note TS wrote her daughter meant, to stay focused. What was her meaning?
The message still got to her daughter.
I’ve always believed HH was completely innocent and just an unknowing participant in the cover up. However based on the note, I am now thinking otherwise, unless LS would really try to frame her own daughter? I wouldn’t put it past her. MOO.

#LeteciaStauch enters courtroom in a standard orange jumpsuit, her hands cuffed behind her back and escorted by 2 deputies. She takes a quick glance at the mostly empty gallery, and takes a seat.

Aside from #GannonStauch's father, who's in courtroom, three other relatives are monitoring via video link, says lead prosecutor Michael Allen.

A little news for those who like ALL the details: Public defender Kim Chalmers is off the defense team for #LeteciaStauch. No explanation why. She's a heavy hitter for the PD's office. Handled the last death penalty case.

Kathryn Strobel, #LeteciaStauch's lead attorney, acknowledges new charge of solicitation of escape, and waives further reading and advisements. Sounds like she's officially charged with that count. Her bond on that charge is $2k.
