I just hope this doesn't turn into a sh..sh.. like Leticha S. I understand everyone deserves a defense but some of these cases there is not one. Chadwell had the right idea pleading guilty. All my opinion....venting, frustrated and these victims deserve justice.

Oh gosh I've been there doing the venting, frustration and shouting at my computer,alas, it makes no difference. This case in particular has my heart broken, it should have been dealt with already. Over and done with.
 
I'm seeing 3/10/22 on the docket... and she won't be appearing in court. :mad:

I searched by case number (as well as by defendant name) and 3/10/22 is the only date that appeared so I'm "assuming" the 1/27/22 was rescheduled.

And, here's a Travis County pdf (pages 118 & 119)

Thursday, March 10th:
*Pretrial Conference Hearing (@ 9:30am CT) - TX - Heidi Elizabeth Broussard (33) & Margo(t) Elizabeth Carey (2 wks.) (missing on Dec. 12, 2019, Austin; found Dec. 19, 2019, Heidi deceased inside trunk of car (2015 Nissan Versa) owned by Magen at Jersey Village near Houston; baby Margo(t) alive & healthy). *Magen Rose Fieramusca (33/now 36) aka Maygen Humphrey, Magan (& Magen) Rose Humphrey, Maygen Fieramusca, May Humphrey & May Fieramusca arrested (12/19/19) & charged (12/20/19) with 2 counts of 3rd degree kidnapping & 1 count of 2nd degree tampering with a human corpse. $600K bond.
Indicted & recharged (1/28/20) with 1 count of capital murder by terror threat & 2 counts of 3rd degree kidnapping (Margo(t)) & 1 count of tampering with evidence. $1M bond (on murder).

11/1/21 Update: Defendant did not appear in person. Next pretrial conference hearing 1/27/22. 1/27/22 Update: Pretrial conference hearing continued to 3/10/22.
