OK I am bactracking in my mind......... Let me reverse a change I made last evening. Give me a few minutes then we will try the logging out trick again.

Here is my guess. I saw you are on mobile which makes it almost impossible for me to do any reliable troubleshooting. On mobile, or tablet when switching IP by going between mobile data and wifi it will invalidate the session. Had you recently switched between mobile data and wifi?

Try logging out and back in. You may be on an expired session.

Just so I understand, this happens when you click on the alert to go to the thread? or when you click the bell?
