Curious about something.... didn't one of the eye witnesses say Mollie was "walking and looking at her phone"? Could she have been using Google docs as she walked? Wouldn't LE know if she was texting and to whom?

I don't believe that is completely accurate. Each case has circumstantial allowances. We have rarely been able to sleuth anyone but the missing and a POI/suspect. Sometimes we get gimme's, but not often. And we never ever victim bash, which has always included family members. Also though...

In response to why LE would search one way that seems random in comparison to other ways on teh same case... I think people will do all sorts of things in the name of money. Steal, sell drugs, and even sell people. Just sayin'.
