This was a brutal, personal, and violent crime. I still suspect more than one suspect in house. One person to control adults and another to control/monitor Philip. Also, I suspect DW [and others] had knowledge Philip was at home ill and used that as an opportunity to gain access to the house.

That's still the unknown: what NEW physical evidence/DNA does the prosecution have that has not been disclosed publicly? I wonder if they do have new DNA results that don't match DW but someone else? If so, who is the person? Maybe that's why the case is still being investigated

Now that prosecutors are turning over evidence, the defense could file motions to suppress certain evidence. It would be interesting to know what evidence they have. Also, keep in mind that the defense after looking at the evidence could enter into a plea bargain.

A status hearing is used to determine if the case can be plea bargained , discuss discovery issues , motions to suppress etc. or to set the case for trial (if plea bargain refused). In the event that a plea bargain has been made a plea may be entered at the status hearing.

Savvas was the only male child born through Phillip Sr and Philip was the only male child born through Savvas. Sadly no remaining [biological] male is alive to pass on the S name through the lineage of Phillip Sr/Savvas. This crime was personal and the hatred ran deep

It has always been my theory that Philip was tortured and killed as he was the last remaining male to carry on the S name. The S name was hated so much that Wint [and whoever else] wanted to make sure the name was not passed on through the male child. Lineage is central to understanding the crime.

CNN report mentioned DW was arrested in March for receiving/accepting stolen goods. Wasn't JW fired from Autobahn in March.? Wonder if 2 are connected?
