Not at all! AT&T doesn’t store app information like this. The apps come from Apple App Store on iPhones & Google Play Store on Androids. Even then, I don’t believe the App Store keeps track of when PWs are reset. If I were to change my Bank app password, there’s no reason Apple needs to store...

I know this is true for an iPhone BUT when you select “erase iPhone” it prompts you to enter the iCloud password before it will allow you to erase it. So at the very least, the iCloud PW would have had to be used in this scenario. However, this wouldn’t explain the app passwords being reset...
