In a lot of Texas counties it is standard for all people to be photographed for mugshots with a towel.

They seem to use their garage to park both cars.... doesn't seem set up to be the place you'd take a child at 3am to force feed them milk. There would be no where for them to go unless they were in the car already at that point.....

I would think he couldn't be at the home now even if he wanted based on the legal documents telling he can't have contact with the victim's family. Also, the way she pulled into the garage in the video shared earlier, she isn't pulling into that garage as if anyone else is sharing it with her.
