I did half wonder about that too, actually, with him being described as being fairly small too. I think the fact that he did such a good job of handling the body, no matter what you think about how she came to be killed, is a bit off-putting... And a lot of people do have a lot of prejudicial...

Yes, I was thinking that they may struggle for a unanimous verdict. Hopefully they can agree enough for, and be allowed,a majority verdict to get the trial stage over for the family.
I agree. I wonder if is almost a sort of psychological 'trick' from the prosecution
as if to imply 'we are so confident that he killed her that here are two options based on that and work back from there' rather than purely 'did he kill her? Yes or no?'. If you see what I mean?

When it was first being investigated I thought it would turn out that the defendant had been brought in to help on behalf of one of primarily Lindsay's associates rather than one of his.
Now it is all muddied by the fact that it seems clear to me that he hasn't acted alone from start to finish...
