I assume not sharing what it says either means part of the tattoo is illegible due to damage, or that it’s something more “offensive” (such as “pissy” or “pissoff”). If it was a legible inoffensive tattoo it seems improbable that they would withhold it while asking for help to identify.

I am also still confused about how successful their DNA extraction was given that they are still listing the sex of the UID as uncertain.
